7. Non-Refundable Items:

Personalized or customized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

You will receive a refund within 2-7 business days, and the refund will be credited back to the original account. If you have not received the refund within 7 business days, please contact us.
